1.  Conduct an Event Assessment
The 1st step to producing your event is the Assessment.  The primary aim of the Event Assessment is to clearly identify your purpose and objective for organizing your 1st planned event and why you need to continue utilizing online events for your business to flourish.
2.  Build Your Event Plan
To carry out a successful event, we must focus on the planning stage, this is the most important stage to achieve the proposed objectives. It is necessary to visualize what we want to achieve, without this we will not be able to measure the results and verify that the proposed objective was achieved.
3.  Set-up the Event Technology
Event technology can help you achieve your online event goals no matter what type of online event you’re planning. We help you select the right tech so that you can know exactly what your event goals are. 
4.  Market and Promote the Event
In order to get people to your online event, we actively implement 3 strategies that work in conjunction with each other. The 1st strategy is to build all marketing pages & materials such as event registration pages, registration confirmation pages, the event replay page, and the online sales page.  The 2nd strategy is to set
up the e-mail campaign & automation sequence.  Lastly, the 3rd strategy is to promote the online event using 13 proven ways.

5.  Prepare for the Event
There are three areas of consideration in regards to prepping for any event — your technology,  your content, and yourself.
6.  Moderate and Manage the Event
There are 2 types of online event moderators – the backstage moderator who handles any tech issues that emerge ensures the backup recording is working and provides chat support to
any of the participants in the event, and the front stage moderator who welcomes students to the event and introduces
speakers, is active in answering any questions in chat mode, and shares questions with the speakers.

7.  Edit and Produce Event Recordings
Once the live event is finished,
  1. We download all recordings to a secure hard drive
  2. Then select the editing technology, and 
  3. Review and edit the recording in 4 stages - a) structural editing, b) stylistic editing, c) script editing, and
    d) proofreading
  4. Once all editing is completed, we add the intro, outro, and additional elements to increase the professional edge
  5. Lastly, we then publish the video recording on mp4 format, and lastly 
8.  Package and Distribute Event Replay
Once we've defined the purpose of the replay, we will then upload the edited video to a video host such as YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, and/or Wistia while identifying means and places to distribute the video, such as Blogs, Content Management Systems, and Affiliate Partners.
9.  Repurpose Event Content
Repurposing your event content is the process of intentionally transforming a piece of content into a new medium or content format to be used for a different purpose or function. Examples of this include turning an Audio interview into an Infographic, or turning your Blog posts into an E-book, or a Webinar into a 7 Day Online Course.  We are masters at doing this for our clients.

10.  Track and Evaluate Event Results
The way we help you evaluate the efficacy of your event is through continuous tracking of the results.  Our metrics process begins BEFORE the event, continues DURING the event, and ends AFTER the event only when we've received the stats on the effectiveness of the repurposed, distributed, and repackaged event content.
